About the job Human Resource Manager (F&B)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding and training of new and existing employees, HR reporting and analysis, recruitment and resignation processes, contract and personnel file management, handling employee disputes, and other related HR duties.
- Familiar with the six core HR modules and training processes. Able to study salary trends in the Malaysian market, labor laws, and employment costs, and propose improvement plans based on the company's current salary structure to meet recruitment needs.
- Understand the staffing situation across Southeast Asian outlets and formulate and implement tailored workforce structure optimization plans to reduce labor costs.
- Ensure policy implementation and complete other tasks assigned by management.
