Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Credit & Insurance

The Monee Credit & ShopeePay HRBP team works closely with business leaders to create a thriving, engaged, and high-performing workforce. We operate at the intersection of people and business, supporting our Credit and ShopeePay business lines in areas such as employee onboarding, engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.

Our role is both strategic and hands‑on — from keeping a close watch on team sentiment to delivering initiatives that address specific team needs. We collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams to ensure company‑wide policies and programmes are tailored to our business units.
