Human Resources Business Partner (Montreal)

General Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits support, compliance with labor laws, and training and development. You will report directly to the Paxiom Group Global HR Director and, in a dotted line relationship, to the site Director of Operations to enhance employee engagement and ensure all HR activities align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the update, development, and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Handle OQLF responsibilities and run the related committee.
• Participate in the full lifecycle recruitment process: posting open roles, vetting CVs, and using creative solutions to find top talent.
