Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

This role supports the HR operations team and collaborates with HR managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient HR processes and effective implementation of HR strategies. This position is responsible for handling daily HR operational tasks, maintaining HR systems, and providing support for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position works closely with the America’s HR & TA teams, department managers, and other employees across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and administer HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
