This is a pivotal senior management role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a people strategy that supports continued growth, operational excellence and a positive, high-performing culture.
Operating within a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery. You will lead a small HR team and act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR support across the business.
