Key Responsibilities
- Tech Recruiting: Work closely with hiring managers to hire top talent for various teams - 80% of the work
- People Operation: Manage the employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
- HR Functions: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Operations: Handle correspondence with admin, partners, collaborators, oversee office logistics
