Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, hands‑on HR Manager to lead all human resources functions for an international coffee chain. You will play a strategic and operational role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with UAE labour laws, performance management, and building a positive culture across our growing network of stores.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for store teams, supervisors, managers, and support roles. Build talent pipelines for fast‑paced F&B needs and ensure smooth onboarding.
- UAE Labour Law Compliance: Ensure full adherence to UAE labour regulations, including contracts, visas, gratuity, leave policies, and Emiratization targets. Handle government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA).
