Position: HR Operations Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$80/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon people-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Develop scenarios for employee inquiries with documented correct answers and benefits questions aligned with plan documents. Construct lifecycle events scenarios, including onboarding/offboarding checklists and leave decisions with FMLA/ADA determinations. Design HRIS work scenarios with data updates and benefits enrollment based on rule-based eligibility outcomes. Ensure scenarios are challenging and require long sessions of focus.
