Human Resources Specialist (US Client)

We are looking for a detail-focused HR Operations & HRIS Specialist for our offshore client who will play a key role in maintaining seamless human resource processes and systems. This role will manage employee records, oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows, and ensure data accuracy within cloud-based HR platforms. You will collaborate across teams to keep HR operations organized, compliant, and efficient while supporting employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage cloud-based HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Zenefits)
