Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must pass Client required background clearance.
- Valid Driver's License—Driving is required for this position.
- Overtime/Weekend work will be required occasionally.
- Industrial/Commercial HVAC experience with refrigeration and control systems.
- Must have good electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Adequate computer proficiency to operate job-related applications.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of HVAC vocational training or 5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
- Universally EPA certified.
- Knowledge of using Laptop, and building automated system software.
- Ability to read blueprints: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to maintain and install sheaves (pulleys), belts and bearings on AHU's
