Position Overview: Sales - HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Hunter

As an Outside HVAC Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our HVAC service business in the Northern New Brunswick area. You’ll initiate, establish, and build profitable service relationships with new customers, with a primary focus on selling preventative maintenance agreements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, targeting, and qualifying prospective new customers through disciplined and professional processes.
• Conduct sales calls to understand customers’ needs and propose innovative HVAC solutions.
• Developing territory marketing plans and attending industry events to expand business opportunities.
• Representing our company with pride, integrity, and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
