Job Description
HVAC Technician
HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Job Purpose
Complete HVAC tasks as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Complete HVAC tasks as required
- Identify opportunities for new work and escalated to client and/or manager
- Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
- Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Any other duties as required by your manager
Key Measures of Performance
- All works completed within timeframes to standard required
- Logon and logoff KPI achievement
- Completed works accurately recorded and sent to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.
- Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager
- Internal and external customer satisfaction
