Become a key player as a Group Reservations Expert at Hyatt, ensuring precise reservation management for groups and elite guests. Your detail-oriented approach will enhance the guest experience through effective coordination.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing room inventory, processing bookings in Opera PMS, and communicating updates to internal teams. You will focus on prioritizing VIPs and ensuring that their needs are met, while managing attrition and booking pace according to strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and manage all guest bookings
• Track group blocks, preferences, and rooming lists
• Ensure all VIPs and World of Hyatt members receive personalized service
