Hybrid Cybersecurity Service Delivery Analyst

DEFEND is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to join our Managed Services team in New Zealand. You’ll support day‑to‑day service delivery, help ensure SLAs, and assist with customer communications and issue follow‑ups in a modern SOC environment.
