Hydrogen Plant Commissioning & Startup Lead

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Commissioning & Start-Up (CSU) Lead to oversee the transition of Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) hydrogen production assets to commercial operation. This role demands leadership in safety, technical oversight of commissioning processes, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering with over 10 years in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years leading commissioning projects. Flexibility for field presence and extended hours is essential.
