Provide active technical leadership in Hydroprocessing and Hydrocracking within the companyEnhance organizational capability in Hydroprocessing and Hydrocracking by mentoring, reviewing technical work, developing and delivering technical trainingEvaluate, develop, and deploy technologies within your area of expertise to deliver value to the businessProvide process engineering technical leadership and support to operating sites on unit operation, optimization and troubleshooting during abnormal operationServe as the process technology technical lead for capital project development from screening studies through unit startupSupport installation, commissioning, and startup of greenfield or revamped facilitiesLead or provide guidance on process modelling development, sustainment and enhancementCollabor...
