Job Description

The ITC Collections & Dispute Management Analyst will serve on Johnson & Johnson Global Finance’s Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process. This role owns end‑to‑end customer collections and dispute management activities, managing receivables, disputes, AR forecasting, sales order releasing, and compliance requirements while collaborating with Sales, Credit, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders across a highly matrixed global organization.
