Job Summary (List Format) Senior Mechanical Technician

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Oversee the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of marine engines, generators, transmissions, and related mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimum functionality and reliability of marine equipment.
• Dismantle, rebuild, and assemble mechanical components as per service manuals and established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, order spare parts, and manage supporting materials for maintenance activities.
• Advise users on correct maintenance practices and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate logs, technical documentation, and prepare detailed technical reports.
