One of South Africa’s largest renewable energy companies and Independent Power Producers (IPPs) is seeking a ICT Manager who will serve as the internal owner of technology operations. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable service delivery (Run ) while driving technology maturity and optimization (Grow ).
Responsibilities
Vendor Governance: Own the relationship with the MSP, reviewing performance (SLAs), incident trends, and root cause analyses.
Risk Management: Ensure ICT risks are visible and managed; oversee adherence to policies and disaster recovery readiness.
Escalation Path: Act as the primary internal point for operational remediations and improvements.
