The Import Coordinator (Cross Border MX) is responsible for the
preparation of paperwork and coordination with brokers and carriers for customs clearance of shipments containing raw material, equipment, supplies and Finished Goods.
Ensures that Customs paperwork and
transactions are completed accurately, in a timely manner and according to Trade Regulations.
**Main Functions**:
Create Customs documentation and coordinate cross
border shipments from/to Tijuana Site.
- Monitors and Manages the Timely Customs Release of Shipments.
- Coordinates Pickups for LA, SD Area Suppliers & VISTA (Milk Run)
- Communicate in a timely manner the arrival of the material to warehouse department and the involved parties.

- Maintain and Distribute Border Crossing Imports Report
