Job Description
Mission:
Organize the logistic planning & shipment operations in compliance with the customer commitments, finding the optimal balance between service level, costs and stocks.
Job Description:
- Receiving Shipping Instruction, Booking Confirmation from SMPT
- Input SI, Sales Order, Sales Invoice and Create Delivery Order and post shipment to BC
- Communication and Coordination between Factory, Shipper and SMPT on shipment
- Ensure metal box availability at all factories and establish reporting stock position
- Tracking On Time Delivery and reporting to related parties
- Ensure all export and import documents are completed before EXIM activities
- Prepare and Submit Stock Card Packaging status to all packaging companies
- Upload stuffing confirmation, invoice and EUDR document to Michelin Portal
- Prepare supporting invoice documents to AP booking
