Key Responsibilities - Primarily responsible for US/MX border crossing coordinations, Secondary international shipments. - Process, and ensure compliance with MX, US, and foreign government laws and regulations. - Expedites the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation. - Coordinates with the procurement/sourcing department to establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff schedule. - Reduce cost for transportation - Expert with trucking, ocean freight carriers, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and ability to negotiate. - Handle Logistics between 3PL, warehousing in Mexicali and Calexico, - Handle incoming and outgoing raw material and finished goods - Obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes. - Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide an optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipm...
