Import / Export Logistics Coordinator (Tijuana)

Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
Report necessary information to SAT and manage IMMEX inventories and discharges.
Submit and receive documents for import/export to and from the US.
Work closely with our customs broker to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Coordinate with transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries and proper loading/unloading.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Lead and train warehouse staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics supervision.
Experience with SAT reporting and IMMEX program.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum, C1 preferred).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of warehouse software and logistics management.
