SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and Mentor export/import personnel in day-to-day export/Import activities and assignments
- Work with direct reports to establish goals, complete performance reviews and assist with career development.
- Develops and implements Fiscal Strategies for International Commerce and Customs Compliance.
- Ensures that all functions from the different departments related to Customs Compliance for the Import Export Function are met.
- Ensures the scheduling of transportation services for the shipment of goods, notifying departments, clients and all parties involved in the process.
- Participate with other teams, Managers, Consultants, Auditors and Business partners (New Program, DGS Customs and Supply Chain, Custom Brokers, Purchasing, Europe Transportation, SAT, Secretaria de Economia, MX Finance) in the development and implementation of enterprise policies and procedures for managing the Custo...
