Job Description

**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As an Import Export Specialist for the Customs department, you will be responsible for the coordination and follow-up of import / export shipments, to have constant and proper communication with the different stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal customs procedures.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Coordination of import/export shipments from the customs perspective not including the international and local logistics coordination.
- Send instructions to the customs broker for customs clearance by our General Trade Management (GTM)
- Follow-up of the import and export process.
- Serve as the main support for the logistics and business areas.
- Prepare the required letters for customs clearance.
- Review the documents required for customs clearance, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, transport documents, etc.
