Independent Lessor Contracting Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, negotiate, and manage moderately complex proposals and contracts under minimal supervision.
• Research business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, including policies, procedures and regulations, to provide appropriate leadership and support during proposal, fact‑find, negotiation, and day‑to‑day contracting activities.
• Demonstrate leadership in contracting strategy and methods, and build and maintain dependable, high‑quality relationships with internal and external customers in support of business objectives.
• End‑to‑end contract renewal and completion.
