Description
 :1. Job Purpose:
This is an entry level accounting position in a multinational chemical company. The position is responsible for issuing VAT invoices for companies and tax reporting preparation.
2. Primary Responsibilities
Issue VAT and regular invoices, ensuring all invoices are issued in timely fashion
Work closely with Customer Service Team to ensure all adjustments to the billing are correctly reflected in invoices
Perform monthly reconciliation of billings to VAT invoices issues
Prepare tax reconciliation and VAT filing
Other tasks relate as assigned by Tax manager
3. Knowledge / Experience / Skill Needed
Education:
Degree or certification in Accounting preferred
Skill:
Basic computer knowledge
Competencies:
Customer focused
Good communication skill
Focus on accuracy and details
