Industrial Engineer

This position is responsible for identifying and eliminating issues that limit product flow by applying lean principles to reduce process bottlenecks and work in progress (WIP). The role leads industrial engineering operators and technicians, provides direction, and develops team capability and performance while supporting a strong continuous improvement culture.


Duties:
Including but not limited to:

Lead and implement site-wide lean activities including 5S, standard work, visual management, pace to takt, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D to eliminate waste and improve productivity.

Serve as a proactive change agent who supports the professional development of Leads, Supervisors, and Managers while driving a continuous improvement culture.

Lead the standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes, sequences, layouts, and material flow.
