Translate new product designs into efficient, scalable manufacturing and assembly processes.

Collaborate closely with R&D during the development phase to implement Design for Assembly (DfA), optimal assembly sequences and manufacturability improvements.

Analyse existing production lines and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, lead time and overall operational performance.

Lead industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, supply chain and production.
