Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Oxford Solutions is working with a growing manufacturing operation to hire an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a direct hire opportunity. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working independently, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems and production equipment


• Troubleshoot issues with motors, control panels, and 3-phase systems


• Install and modify wiring, conduit, and electrical components


• Assist with PLC-controlled equipment and VFD troubleshooting


• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout


• Document maintenance activities and support uptime across the facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED


• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance within manufacturing
