Job Description We currently have an opportunity for an Intermediate Information Developer with a passion for technical writing to join our Integrated Logistics Support team. This role involves:
Developing comprehensive and accurate technical content for complex hardware and software systems
Reviewing engineering data and interviewing subject matter experts (SME) to gain an understanding of system features, functions, operating parameters, and limitations
Analyzing supplier technical content and adapting this in the context of customer requirements, system design and development, operating and maintenance environments, and the needs of the operational community
Working with engineers and technical SMEs to produce required outputs related to operation and maintenance tasks
Tracking system problem reports and working with SMEs to disposition those that have an impact on end‑user documentation
