Job Description
Context The Operations Lead will work directly with the CIO, manage the operational relationship with the external Managed Service Provider (NUNSYS), and own the day-to-day Microsoft stack (M365, Entra ID, Intune) across approximately 150 users and 170 endpoints. The environment includes substantial unrealised value: Microsoft 365 security tooling is fully licensed (Defender XDR equivalent, Entra ID P2, PIM).
Profile we're looking for: A senior-leaning or hands-on candidate with 5+ years of experience. Capable of managing an external MSP rather than being managed by one. Strong on documentation. Comfortable in a phase where things are being shaped rather than maintained.
We expect this candidate to grow in the role over the first 12 months. The CIO is willing to invest in coaching; the candidate should be eager to step up.
