Information Technology Project Coordinator

We are seeking for a competent Project Coordinator for a 1-year role from June 2026 with Computacenter Singapore to support the Head of Datacenter Operations and the wider global Datacenter Operations team by providing administrative, reporting, and coordination support.

The objective is to improve operational efficiency, enhance visibility through structured reporting, and support financial and governance processes across global datacenter operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regular operational reports (weekly and monthly)
• Support financial tracking activities, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and invoice coordination
• Coordinate cross‑team activities, meetings, and follow‑ups across regions (APJ, Europe, Americas)
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and governance trackers (e.g. compliance, audits, action logs)
