IT Project Lead

We are looking for a hands-on IT Project Lead to manage technology projects within a fast-paced banking environment. This role requires a blend of project management and technical expertise, with the ability to drive project delivery while supporting infrastructure and application implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Assist in gathering and document business and technical requirements, technical specifications, and test plans.
• Manage project stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and project communications.
• Coordinate system implementation, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.
• Perform hands-on technical tasks such as server configuration, database setup, and environment preparation when required.
