This is a full-time on-site role as a Support Technician. The Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software, and communicating effectively with clients. This role requires the candidate to be well‑versed in JAMF, MDM, Intune, Airwatch / workspace 1. It is mandatory that the candidate has a valid UAE driving license.
