Job Description
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage day-to-day facility operations across office locations and guest house
✅ Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, UPS, CCTV, lifts, and access control systems
✅ Lead end-to-end office fit-out and infrastructure projects, including contractor coordination and project execution
✅ Ensure compliance with facility licenses, fire NOCs, regulatory approvals, and statutory requirements
✅ Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, pantry, and AMC services
✅ Monitor facility budgets, utility consumption, and cost optimization initiatives
✅ Maintain asset inventory and coordinate onboarding/offboarding asset requirements
✅ Handle guest house operations, housekeeping standards, and guest experience management
✅ Support travel, administration, company events, and office operations management
