About The Role

We’re hiring a SAN Storage Administrator to provide Level 1 support for our Storage infrastructure.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in SAN Storage or in any Infrastructure Support.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts, including 24x7 on‑call support.

What You'll Do

• Provide L1 support for SAN, and storage systems – handle incidents, changes, and problems as per ITSM standards.
• Help with disaster recovery and data backup processes to ensure smooth business operations.
