Job Description
Take the lead in infrastructure management with our enterprise as the Technical Lead. You will be pivotal in overseeing core systems like Citrix DaaS and Cisco UCS while ensuring their optimization and stability.
As a Technical Lead, you will be the subject matter expert, blending team leadership with high-level technical administration. Your role involves mentoring staff, managing day-to-day operations, and resolving complex issues in collaboration with system administrators. Additionally, your expertise in Citrix DaaS, ESXi, and overall infrastructure management will drive infrastructure projects from inception to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Cisco UCS servers and VMware ESXi clusters
• Maintain five-nine availability for enterprise datacenters
• Manage incident tickets from detection through resolution
• Drive infrastructure projects to completion on time
