ABOUT THE JOB
Support Head of Innovation in client organization in building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and anticipate future challenges. Translate customer insights into actionable innovation opportunities. Influence the development of new technologies, solutions, and services by integrating client feedback and strategic priorities into innovation roadmaps. Facilitate convergence between client's technology roadmap and customer expectations to ensure alignment and co-creation of value. Ensure innovation programs are aligned with customer expectations and client's long-term strategy. Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation programs, ensuring adherence to strategy, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
