Innovative Chip Characterization Engineer

Lattice Semiconductor is looking for an experienced engineer in Muntinlupa, Philippines to develop and execute characterization test plans for chip IP functions. The role involves statistical analysis of characterization data, design, and implementation of test circuits using FPGA fabric, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in Product Engineering, a BS degree in a relevant field, and strong knowledge of test methodologies and semiconductor devices.
