Job Description
- Contact inbound leads from Home Depot, Costco, website inquiries, and other marketing channels
- Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for in-home consultations and showroom visits
- Follow up with customers after proposals or bids have been provided
- Prepare and manage custom quote requests
- Build relationships with builders and contractors to generate new leads and partnerships
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and timely communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound and follow-up calls
