Job Description
The Role: Inside Sales Development Associate We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for our business. What will you do? You will: Prepare the collateral for the NAM/PLP support to drive their daily call-out lists, including but not limited to: Contact information (Site and Partner of Record) Back-Up Contact Contract Coverage prior year and pricing (details, assets, pricing) Key Dates Prior three FSR/Workorder reports/PMs completed as a reference with dates and notes. MPRS info Other Open Opportunities (summary view with links for details) Prepare and distribute sales leads and send e-mail notifications to the internal and/or external customers. Make an average of 50 phone calls a month into expired/expiring opportunities to increase company’s renewal of sales and capture rates leading to increase in non-concurrent revenue.
