You speak modern web culture — You intuitively know what keeps someone watching a video for more than 3 seconds (clean framing, snappy pacing, contextual sound design).
You love to learn & move fast — You are enthusiastic about mastering new software, playing with AI creative tools, and scaling your skills alongside experienced product teams.
