Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role will be to support the Automotive team located in Paragould, AR. and may require some intermittent travel. In this role, you will respond to all inquiries from new and established customers, process requests for quotes, enter orders, managed from inception to completion, and working with all functional areas throughout the specified Specialty or Automotive organization to ensure customer satisfaction. 
What you’ll do:
Support the sale of products by partnering with Outside Sales and/or Agents to increase sales by managing quote requests, sales leads, product promotions and analysis of sales data
Could manage a minimum of 50 customer requests daily, including phone calls, e-mails, faxes, EDI and other forms of electronic communication
Manage quote requests and analyze data supplied by our customer; and provide pricing and product availability in a timely fashion.
