Institutional Sales Coordinator (Toronto)

The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for various Institutional Distribution VPs and their management team
• Plan and coordinate client meetings, special functions and events for industry professionals, both on and off site
• Support the coordination and administration of marketing campaigns
• Manage the continuous data integrity process for sales reporting requirements, including preparing and revising presentations, reports and databases
• Run reporting, and manage other ad-hoc requests for the team
• Participate in the development and implementation of special projects as assigned
