Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily team meetings and understand assigned tasks and priorities.
- Assist in understanding business requirements and change requests with guidance from seniors.
- Support development and maintenance of applications in the AS/400 environment (RPG/RPGLE/SQL) under supervision.
- Help in preparing and executing basic test cases for functional and regression testing.
- Support test environment readiness by following defined checklists and procedures.
- Assist in identifying, logging, and tracking incidents, defects, and change requests.
- Perform basic troubleshooting in test environments and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support test data setup and validation activities as instructed.
- Update documentation and knowledge articles in the Knowledge Management portal.
