Intake & Community Engagement Associate

Club HEAL is seeking a Social Work Associate in Singapore to conduct intake, and referral services, and engage clients in meaningful activities. You will work closely with Social Workers to evaluate and monitor client progress, as well as provide necessary administrative support for CREST services.
