We are hiring an Integration & Transformation Manager to support post‑merger and acquisition integration at Expedia Group, reporting to the Sr. Director, Integration.

Responsibilities

Integration Planning

• Partner with functional leaders to translate deal rationale and operating‑model choices into a coherent cross‑functional integration plan and critical path.

• Lead structured problem for key integration decisions (e.g., sequencing, scope, where to converge vs. remain distinct), quantifying trade‑offs in synergies, cost‑to‑serve, risk, and change impact.

Program Management

• Drive execution of multiple complex integration workstreams requiring coordination across multiple functions and teams at Tiqets and Expedia Group.
