For our client in Rotterdam we are looking for an Interim Recruiter (m/v/x) for 32-40 hours per week.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Interim Recruiter in Rotterdam

• Lead and coordinate the complete recruitment process from vacancy intake to successful hire
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and advise on recruitment strategies
• Actively source and approach candidates through multiple channels and networks
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through a smooth and positive recruitment journey
• Build and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and partnerships with universities and external organizations
• Support and optimize recruitment systems and career page content
• Analyze recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate quality
