Overview

KEY PURPOSE OF JOB
The purpose of this role is to assist with the configuration efforts of NSS within the internal applications framework.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks

Process Mapping & Validation

• Confirm and update existing process flows to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Engage with stakeholders to understand current workflows
• Document and maintain up-to-date process maps for digitalisation initiatives

Digital Configuration & Alignment

• Configure digital assets, forms, and systems to align with processes
• Ensure accurate translation of manual inputs into digital formats
